All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after
receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. - Delivery Timelines
While delivery times vary depending on your location, the general estimates are as follows:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.
Other Regions: 5–7 business days.
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
Note: Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen logistical issues, weather conditions, or highdemand periods. - Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999), as specified on

this link to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time through our logistics partner’s website. - Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Items: If you receive your package in a damaged condition, please take a photograph of the
outer packaging and the product and contact us within 48 hours at [Insert Support Email].
Missing Packages: If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your
package, please notify our customer support team immediately so we can coordinate with the courier
service. - Non-Delivery
In the event of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or the
customer being unavailable, the package may be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, additional
