Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Drishti Health and Wellness, we are dedicated to providing high-quality clinical nutrition and wellness
products. We value your satisfaction and have established the following policy to ensure a transparent and
fair experience.

  1. Returns and Exchanges
    Due to the nature of health and wellness products (including nutritional supplements and clinical products),
    we maintain a strict hygiene and safety protocol:
    Eligible for Return: Items are only eligible for return if they are received in a damaged condition,
    have a manufacturing defect, or if the wrong product was delivered.
    Condition of Return: To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received
    it, and in its original, unopened packaging.
    Reporting Period: Any issues regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported to our customer
    support team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Refund Policy
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    Approved Refunds: If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be
    applied to your original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
    Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items with missing
    parts not due to our error).
    Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or
    damaged product).
  3. Cancellation Policy
    Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement or before the order has
    been dispatched, whichever is earlier. A full refund will be initiated in such cases.
    After Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been handed over to our logistics partners.
  4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  5. Non-Returnable Items
    For safety and regulatory reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
    Products with a broken safety seal.
    Products that have been partially consumed.
    Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless damaged).
